The Chakras: Energy and Well-being Centers

The word chakra is derived from Sanskrit and means "wheel" or "disc." A chakra refers to one of the seven energy centers that comprise our consciousness, our energy system, and our physical body. It functions like a pump or valve that regulates the flow of energy within our system. We can open or close them depending on our thoughts, feelings, vibration, and the environment around us.

The chakras are not physical. They are zones where the aura is much denser than the physical body. They interact with our physical body through the endocrine and nervous systems. Each of the seven chakras is associated with one of the seven endocrine glands and with certain parts and functions of the body.

All our senses, perceptions, states of consciousness, and feelings can be divided into seven types, each type being associated with a chakra. Chakras represent not only parts of the physical body but also areas of our consciousness.

The use of colors for energy balance

Using a colored plate allows for optimal effect, as each plate resonates directly with the corresponding chakra on an energetic level. This allows you to lower or boost the flow of energy in the various meridians of the human body.

The purple plate is considered a general-purpose plate. It is a useful tool for solving problems of all kinds, whether physical or psychological.
The use of different colors allows for a much more targeted and precise action on a blockage, weakness, or energy overload. According to feedback from therapists, the different colors allow for precise treatment of the affected chakra.

Generally, the set of 7 colors will be used simultaneously for periods of 10-15 minutes. A second session of the same duration must be waited 15 days.

Once this is done, it is generally not necessary to repeat the process for at least 6 months.
However, if it proves useful to strengthen or energize a particular chakra, it is quite possible to do a 10/15 minute session when the need arises.

Plate maintenance

The plates require no special maintenance. They are designed to last a lifetime. They can be cleaned with liquid soap or dishwashing liquid and rinsed under running tap water.
