General Terms and Conditions of Sale

It is hereby stated that these terms and conditions govern sales made by the company HASEL26 of products offered on the website named: elivya.fr
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICE
Our product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Shipping and packaging costs are additional. All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.
HASEL26 reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed. Products remain the property of HASEL26 until full payment of the invoice.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER PROCESSING
Your orders are processed and prepared on the online service at: https://www.elivya.fr and will be shipped by mail or courier from the following postal address:

ARTICLE 3 - SHIPPING / DELIVERY
The items ordered are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Products are shipped no later than 15 business days after receipt of the order and payment. In the event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances or a stock shortage, you will be notified by email. If the product is completely out of stock, a refund will be offered. Alternatively, if you prefer, an exchange can be arranged.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases is made at the time of order on the website by credit card via an online payment system Stripe or PayPal, or by check, made payable to: HASEL26.

ARTICLE 5 - RETURN OF GOODS
You have 14 days from receipt to return the product(s) if they do not suit you. Shipping and return costs will be your responsibility. Only the price of the products purchased and actually paid for will be refunded. The package must be returned via a tracked service, and the tracking number must be provided to us as soon as possible. Returns should be sent to the following address:

ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY
The products offered are deemed to comply with current French legislation. We cannot be held liable for any failure to comply with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to verify with local authorities the import and/or usage rights of the products ordered. The texts and photos used to illustrate the products are in no way contractual. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for any errors in the presentation or description of the products.
HASEL26 cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire, or natural disaster.
HASEL26 shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from this agreement, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, damage to image, damages or expenses.
The photos on the HASEL26 website are presented as examples, attempting to accurately represent the products offered. As each stone is unique, the images used for illustration are not contractually binding.

ARTICLE 8 – JURISDICTION OF LAW – LITIGATION
This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a commercial dispute, the court of Toulouse shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9 – PRIVATE DATA
HASEL26, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, undertakes not to disclose your contact details to any third party without your consent, and authorizes you to request deletion and information upon simple request made by you by mail or email:
