Delivery conditions

Delivery time is usually 48 to 96 hours in mainland France.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company Elivya, within one week.

The customer can, upon request, have an invoice sent to the billing address and not to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.

Regarding shipping, we work with the services of La Poste (the French postal service).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A natural person who purchases goods for purposes other than those related to their professional activity has a right of withdrawal (Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code) as follows: The customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This period begins from the date of delivery of the goods by the carrier, as defined in the 'Delivery Conditions' section.

The withdrawal must be notified to HASEL26 in writing, sent by registered mail with return receipt requested, to the exclusion of any other means of communication. The postmark will serve as proof of the date.

Although the customer is not required to provide any justification or pay any penalty, it is their responsibility to bear all return costs, including appropriate packaging.

The customer is responsible for any damage to the merchandise during the return following the cancellation.

The customer who exercises their right of withdrawal will be refunded the price of their order within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods at:
