Se protéger des ondes électromagnétiques avec la plaque d'énergie noire

Protection against electromagnetic waves: what are the solutions?

The effects of electromagnetic pollution on humans depend primarily on the frequency, field strength, and duration of exposure. To date, proven effects mainly concern high or occupational exposures, while long-term effects at levels encountered in everyday life remain uncertain and are still the subject of research. Some devices, such as the black energy plate, would allow one to protect oneself against everyday electromagnetic waves.

Proven short-term effects

At high intensity, electromagnetic fields can cause:

  • tissue heating (thermal effect) can lead to local or general hyperthermia, particularly with high frequencies (radio, microwaves, telephony).
  • stimulation of the nervous and sensory system (tingling, visual phosphenes, dizziness, nausea) for very low frequency fields and very intense static magnetic fields, especially in industrial environments.

These effects are well known, depend on exposure thresholds, and regulatory limit values are precisely set to avoid them in the general public and workers.

Possible long-term effects

Several organizations, including the IARC, have classified:

  • Very low frequency electromagnetic fields (power lines) are described as "possibly carcinogenic to humans, based on a slight increase in leukemia in children living very close to high voltage lines."
  • Radio frequencies (mobile phones, Wi-Fi, antennas) are also considered "possibly carcinogenic", in connection with some studies reporting more of certain brain cancers among heavy phone users.

This classification means that a risk cannot be excluded, but the evidence is limited and does not allow us to assert a causal link at usual exposure levels.

Nonspecific symptoms and electrohypersensitivity

Some people attribute symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, headaches, difficulty concentrating, irritability or diffuse pain to exposure to electromagnetic waves.

Controlled studies have not shown, to date, a systematic and reproducible link between the presence of electromagnetic fields at usual levels and the appearance of these symptoms, even if these are very real for the people concerned.

Special cases: medical devices and workplaces

Electromagnetic fields can interfere with certain medical devices (pacemakers, insulin pumps, cochlear implants, etc.), which justifies safety distances and precautions in high-emission areas.

In professional settings (welding, MRI, high radio power), exposures can far exceed those of the general public, hence specific regulations, controls and protective equipment to limit sensory, nervous or thermal effects.

5G, Wi-Fi and daily exhibitions

For mobile phone technologies (4G, 5G) and Wi-Fi, national and international health agencies estimate that:

  • Public exposure levels generally remain well below recommended limits, the main known effect being very limited heating of the skin and superficial tissues.
  • No proven harmful effects have been demonstrated at usual exposure levels, but scientific monitoring continues, particularly for long-term exposures and among heavy mobile phone users.

Reduce your exposure to electromagnetic fields

The " dark energy plate " is presented as an object possibly capable of neutralizing or limiting the impact of electromagnetic fields.

These plates:

  • are made of anodized aluminum or "modified" material, supposed to resonate with a "universal energy" (chi, prana, tachyons, Schumann field, etc.).
  • would act as "energy antennas" or "vibrational shields" which harmonize the aura, increase the vibrational level and create a barrier against Wi-Fi, telephone, microwave, etc. waves.

In this context, exposure reduction is not described as physical shielding (like a Faraday cage), but as a subtle transformation or compensation of the influence of waves on the body.
